    Where in the Bible Mecca is mention anywhere because it did not exist.

  • @yeshua7136
    @yeshua7136 3 месяца назад +6

    According to the Qur’an, Mecca was the first and most important city in the world. Adam placed the black stone in the original Ka’ba (sanctuary) there, while Abraham and Ishmael rebuilt the Meccan Ka’ba centuries later (Sura 2:125-127). Mecca was allegedly the centre of Arabian trading routes before Muhammad’s time.
    Yet there is no archeological corroboration for this. Such a great ancient city would surely have received a mention in ancient history. However, the earliest reference to Mecca as a city is in the Continuato Byzantia Arabica, an 8th century document. Mecca is certainly not on the natural overland trade routes- it is a barren valley requiring a one hundred mile detour. Moreover, there was only maritime Graeco-Roman trade with India after the first century, controlled by the Ethiopian Red Sea port Adulis, not by the Arabs. If Mecca was not even a viable city, let alone a great commercial centre until after Muhammad’s time, the Qur’an is seriously in doubt.There are many Greek, Roman, Persian, and Byzantine geographers who have made detailed maps of the Arabian Peninsula between 500BCE and 300CE and on none of these maps does a city called Mecca (or even another name in the same location) simply because at these times Mecca did not existSyria Palaestina
    The name was revived by the Romans in the 2nd century ce in “Syria Palaestina,” designating the southern portion of the province of Syria, and made its way thence into Arabic, where it has been used to describe the region at least since the early Islamic era.Quran does not mention Palestine even once. Many Muslims do not know that their Quran never mentions Palestine even once, and mentions the name Israel 43 times (Bani Israel, sons of Israel), and clearly says that Allah has ordained the holy land for them

    Mecca was not in its geographical position as it is today, because none of the maps of the 5th, 6th 7th century show it in our history.

    In the 6th century A.D., the city of Ta'if was dominated by the Thaqif tribe, which still lives in and around the city of Ta'if today. It has been suggested that Jewish tribes who were displaced in the wars of the Himyarite Kingdom by Ethiopian Christians settled near Ta'if. The walled city was a religious centre as it housed the idol of the goddess Lāt, who was then known as "the lady of Ta'if." Its climate marked the city out from its dry and barren neighbours closer to the Red Sea. Wheat, vines and fruit orchards were grown around Ta'if, and this is how the city earned its title "the Garden of the Hejaz." Both Ta'if and Mecca were resorts of pilgrimage. Ta'if was more pleasantly situated than Mecca itself, and their people of Ta'if had close trading relations. The people of Ta'if carried on agriculture and fruit‑growing in addition to their trade activities.

    BACA, VALLEY OF (עֵמֶק הַבָּכָא, emeq habbakha'). A valley that may have been on a pilgrimage route to Jerusalem (Psa 84:6). The Hebrew word בָּכָא (bakha') is associated with balsam or weeping; thus, the name could be symbolic.
